On June 13, 2025, Robin Roberts and Alicia Keys appeared on Good Morning America in New York City for a special episode marking the show’s final broadcast from its Times Square studio before moving to a new location at 7 Hudson Square.
Keys helped celebrate the transition with a performance featuring the cast of her Broadway show, Hell’s Kitchen, delivering a medley of her hits “Girl on Fire” and “No One”. The episode also included heartfelt reflections from the anchors on their time in Times Square, as well as a surprise farewell for longtime stagehand Gary Minor, who is retiring.
